The 2012 Aubert Pinot Noir UV Vineyard 750 ml is from the Sonoma Coast region of California.
An exceptional perfume of rose petals, loamy soil, raspberries, blueberries and spring flowers jumps from the glass of the 212 Pinot Noir UV-SL. Primarily Calera clonal material with some Vosne-Romanee suitcase clones, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged 12 months prior to being assembled in tank and then bottled without fining or filtration.
