Bordeaux White Blend

Bordeaux Blanc, or white Bordeaux, is one of France’s great dry white wines. Most are blends of Sauvignon Blanc, which brings citrus and crisp acidity, and Sémillon, which adds texture, richness and the ability to age, sometimes with a touch of Muscadelle. The most celebrated dry white Bordeaux come from Pessac-Léognan and Graves, while several top Médoc and Sauternes estates also make distinctive dry whites labeled simply as Bordeaux.
