(a 60/40 blend of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc): Bright ruby-red. Blackberry, blueberry, licorice, violet and graphite on the soil-driven nose. Wonderfully silky and elegant on the palate; dense, lush and concentrated, with superb mouthfilling aromatic character. Terrific fruit intensity here, and already impeccably balanced.
