(Latour has just two one-year-old barrels of this elixir): Pale yellow. More closed and less fruity than the regular Genevrières, offering nuanced, slightly wild scents of crushed stone, menthol, smoke and white pepper. Plush, thick and spicy but youthfully backward, showing outstanding mineral energy and concentration. As dense as a solid yet somehow remarkably smooth.
