The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières has a refined bouquet with subtle mineral tension, precise but not powerful, unfurling with each swirl of the glass. The palate is fresh and tensile on the entry, a keen line of acidity here with a strong saline note that lends it a lovely marine-like, almost Galician Albariño-inspired finish.
