The 2015 Chassagne-Montrachet Vide Bourse 1er Cru offers seductive scents of candied orange peel and white peach on the well-defined, intense nose. The saline palate is well balanced, with a fine bead of acidity, plenty of tension and a crisp, quite intellectual finish that wears the very subtle reduction with style.
