The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Tench Vineyard The Calixtro emerges from a single block of the rockiest and reddest soils on the property. It is also quite a bit riper than the straight Tench Cabernet Sauvignon, with plenty of chocolate, menthol, licorice and blackberry jam character. It will be interesting to follow the development of the two Tench Cabernets in 2015.-AG
