2014 Marilyn Sauvignon Blonde Napa Valley White - Scratch and Dent

The 2014 Marilyn Sauvignon Blonde Napa Valley White 750 ml is from the Napa Valley region of California. Photographer Milton Greene took this photo of Marilyn Monroe during the filming of Bus Stop in 1956, her first film since her training with Strasberg, which is generally considered the finest of her career.

When they were bottling the 2014 Sauvignon Blonde they had more juice than expected and were going to be cutting things close on rear labels.   In order to set the machine up to apply the labels correctly they used some leftover 2013 rear labels to dial the machine in.  After they were done they scraped the 2013 rear labels off and applied the correct 2014 rear labels.  While pulling bottles for our delivery Donna found one of the bottles that they must have missed in her collection, so we have that error bottle available for sale today.
