Dark red. Wonderfully perfumed and expressive aromas of bright raspberry and wild strawberry, complicated by smoky minerality and Asian spices. Focused, pure and brisk, with an array of red and dark berry flavors, hints of pepper and spices and clean, bracing acidity. Finishes distinctly elegant and very long, with a late note of violet pastille adding even more interest. This is extremely well-balanced. ST
