Healthy dark red with ruby tones. Ripe aromas of cassis, black cherry, coffee and stone, plus a suggestion of iron. Broad, pliant and sweet; a distinct step up in texture and depth from the basic village Gevrey, offering flavors of cassis, blackberry, violet, licorice and menthol accented by a minty nuance.
