Layered with brilliant precision, purity, and density, it is a medium to full-bodied, elegant, intensely flavored, soft, upfront blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Bright, full red-ruby. Nuanced, scented nose combines raspberry, currant, tobacco, leather, warm stones and a peppery nuance. Suave, juicy and complex, with harmonious acidity giving shape and freshness to the wine's concentrated plum, tobacco and mocha flavors. This subtly intense midweight finishes savory and minerally, with substantial but smooth tannins and lovely lingering perfume.
