Moderately saturated bright dark red. Pristine, precise scents of blackberry, dark cherry, violet and crushed-rock minerality. Densely packed and sharply delineated; silky if not exactly fleshy and in need of time in bottle to blossom. Wonderfully pure flavors of dark berries, flowers, licorice and bitter chocolate.
