Rich and vibrant and this too is a good deal more forward than is typical for this wine. Wonderfully complex, rather supple flavors that are already in full song with an impressively sappy, rich and long finish. All of these positive attributes duly noted, this was clearly fresher than the 750 ml example and while the wine will easily last for a decade, it's already drinking so well, even in mag format that there is no particular reason to wait.
