This is a fine example of Coutet, quite precocious, with an evolved bouquet of tropical fruit, honey, and spring flowers. It is full bodied, and rich, with crisp acidity, and plenty of evidence of botrytis in its apricot, peach-like flavors. The finish is heady and long, with just enough acidity for balance.
