(L919805) Orange-tinged pink, with a strong mousse. Spicy, alluringly smoky strawberry and raspberry aromas are complicated by notes of blood orange, spicecake and minerals, along with a slow-building toastiness. Fleshy and silky in texture but with a strong underlying minerality that adds incisiveness and bite to deep red berry and citrus flavors. The spicy notes echo strongly on the long, sappy, focused finish. This is also showing impressive complexity.- Josh Raynolds (11/2009)
