2007 Alban Vineyards Syrah Seymour's Vineyard

94 pts - Wine Advocate

The 2007 Syrah Seymour's Vineyard is a huge, explosive wine loaded with masses of dark fruit, tar, smoke, licorice and espresso. It is an intense, super-ripe wine boasting considerable inner sweetness and perfume. It is also the most advanced of these 2007s and is likely to mature earlier than the other Syrahs. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2027+. - Antonio Galloni 8/2011
