Produced from younger vines on the estate and containing 3.5% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon M Etain reveals a deep garnet-purple color and nose of crème de cassis, dark chocolate and espresso with dried herbs, preserved plums and licorice. Full-bodied and sporting a great concentration of expressive black fruits and spices, it has an approachable frame of grainy tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing with herbal and earthy nuances.-LB

Scarecrow's 2015 M. Etain is plush, rich and inviting, all of which make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Super-ripe red cherry, plum, spice and sweet floral notes all build as this racy, voluptuous wine shows off its alluring personality. Dense and explosive, the M. Etain will also give readers a very good idea of what is in store with Scarecrow. The 2015 is flat-out delicious. If you can find it, don't miss it.-AG
