2015 Chevillon Nuits St Georges les Bousselots

The 2015 Nuits Saint George's 1er Cru les Bousselots has a very different nose compared to the Chaignots, one that is more reserved, nicely defined, perhaps more feminine in style. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, chalky tannin, plenty of brambly red fruit, touches of clove and even dried blood towards the composed finish that will need 3-4 years to subsume the oak.- Neal Martin (12/2016)
