All requests for returns or cancellations must be made within 7 days of the invoice date, no exceptions. Because of the fees charged by your credit card company when we charge and subsequently credit your card, we will enforce the collection of our restocking fee if your card has already been charged. We charge your card when your order is pulled from inventory and reserved for you. If we haven't charged your credit card, you may cancel the order without being subject to our restocking fee. If we have already charged your card, the cancelled processed credit card order for wines in-stock, shipped or not, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please check your order receipt carefully to make sure you ordered the correct wine. We will not be responsible for any incorrect orders placed by you, the customer. Any incorrect orders that are processed and shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges back to us if you want to return the item(s). The prices for wine can fluctuate greatly from day to day, because of this we do not accept returns for wines based on price changes within the marketplace.
All items are sent insured. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping you must contact us with 24 hours of delivery. It is standard policy for all shipping companies that you must save all packaging and the broken items for inspection by the insurance adjuster. Without the broken items and original packaging, there is no way to file a claim. If you do not save the items and packaging, we cannot accept returns or file a claim on your behalf.
Special Orders: Items not normally available for sale through Aabalat cannot be canceled after 7 days after the invoice date. These are items that we would Special Order to fulfill your order only and we are unable to return them and they are generally unsuitable for resale.
Aabalat sells quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the date of your order for customer care assistance. For fastest results, contact us by emailing email@example.com. As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles are purchased at the buyer's risk. Aabalat cannot be responsible for "corked" bottles. Aabalat makes no warranty, expressed or implied, about the wine being sold except that Aabalat is conveying clear title to the wine and to the best of Aabalat's knowledge, the wine is what its label describes it to be. Specifically, because wine by its nature is subject to change in the bottle over time, Aabalat makes no warranty or guaranty of the quality or drinkability of any wine sold. THE WARRANTIES SPECIFIED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All wine sold by us is maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been shipped, and as such we cannot accept returns for the following:
-Wines that do not coincide with personal tastes.
-Wines that have been adversely affected by customer's storage.
-Wines that have been shipped against advice during adverse weather conditions.
-Any other adverse condition affected while out of Aabalat's care.
